Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your KhatriSetu login and private contact data. Shared census and family-tree records may remain so household records stay intact, as described in the Privacy Policy.

This page does not display your account records.

How it works

1. Sign in with the same email or phone you use in the app.
2. Submit a deletion request. Your account stays active while the request is pending.
3. The KhatriSetu team reviews the request, then removes login access and private contacts.
4. You can cancel a pending request until it is completed.
